Our Goals for Q4 2024

As highschoolers, we're all overscheduled and overtired. That's why when we sent out the kickoff meeting link to our 16-person team, Jenny and I were pleasantly surprised when 11 of us showed up (the rest of the team had rehearsals, practices, family dinners, and polo recruitment events (Jennifer Pinto, who is undedicated and horrible, did not offer an excuse). At the event, which included both new and returning members, we had a strict agenda:

1) Introduce ourselves and break the ice because we want to build a community, not just a loosely connected group

2) Explain what we do, why we do it, and our modus operandi (information available on the homepage)

3) Demonstrate 10 minutes of a lesson to get newcomers excited about the content

4) Elect a leadership team

5) Set goals
